Music on the Lawn Concert Series at the New Southeast Nashville Crossings Event Center (CNAP)

Nashville Business Journal by Nevin Batiwalla, Staff Reporter Date: Tuesday, August 14, 2012, 12:02pm CDT Metro Nashville has issued a permit for construction of a $12 million warehouse and office building in Antioch on land owned by HCA Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HCA). Silicon Valley-based DPR Construction Inc. is leading the work on the 94,000-square-foot-building (67,000 square feet of which is warehouse, while the rest will be office space) at 5900 Crossings Blvd. In February, hospital operator HCA rolled out plans to invest $200 million in an IT expansion project that includes a new data center at The Crossings in Antioch. The Metro Council approved a $3 million abatement for the project which is expected to create more than 150 technology jobs over the next five years.
