Volunteer and Sign up for Project Homeless Connect with Hands On Nashville

Project Homeless Connect needs 500 volunteers for this year's Project Homeless Connect, which will be held at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds on Wed., Feb. 13, from 8am-3pm.
Volunteer sign up is through Hands on Nashville, and we are preparing to help 1,000-1,500 individuals and families who are homeless or on the brink of homelessness. This truly is a hands-on event. Volunteers guide our guests to the services they need, help with food, toiletries, set up, registration, and clean up.
Please, help spread the word and if you cannot make it, maybe you can help recruit a volunteer group from your church?
Project Homeless Connect Nashville is a one-day event where 85 service providers come together to offer services from legal, housing and employment assistance to medical checkups, haircuts, foot care, ID replacement, pet care, shoes, toiletries, and much more.
Please, help! We need 500 volunteers. More info is available at http://lnkd.in/gXMdzN or email Tojuana.Jordan@nashville.gov.
Sincerely,
Judy
