Smith Springs Road Closure for Saturday April 27, 2013, Upcoming UDO Meeting for Murfreesboro Road, Budget, Schools on Smith Springs and more


SMITH SPRINGS ROAD CLOSURE UPDATE - SATURDAY, APRIL 27, 2013 EXPECT CLOSURE AND DELAYS
We have been advised by the contractor that they will work on Saturday, April 27th.    This should put them through the intersection of Old Smith Springs Road and Smith Springs Road.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our area's Fifth Third Community Appreciation Day last Saturday after our cleanup.  It was a tremendous success because of you.  Pictures coming soon also from our successful cleanup.

NASHBORO PARCELS AUCTION
I attended the recent auction with neighbors and the auction was not opened by the auctioneer due to only 2 bidders being present.....one of which was our very own Attorney David Waynick.  Vastland remains the owner of these parcels.

All leaves and grass clippings MUST BE PLACED in BIODEGRADABLE PAPER BAGS for collection. Leaves or grass clippings placed in plastic bags will NOT BE picked up. Biodegradable Paper Lawn & Leaf bags can be purchased at your grocery or hardware store. The Omohundro Convenience Center also sells 30 gallon biodegradable paper Lawn & Leaf bags at Metro's cost ($3 for 5 bags).
