This position requires a person who has excellent customer service skills, administrative skills, and is a self-starter. This position will work closely with the Antioch High School staff, the Antioch business and community members, and NCE instructors and students. The position begins August 2013. • Serve as a goodwill ambassador to the program 
• Register students for Community Education Classes using our online software 
• Collect registration fees from students 
• Inform students of the location of their classes and other necessary information 
• Ensure classrooms are prepared for instruction 
• Support instructors for the Antioch location 
• Participate in Antioch community meetings 
• Work with Antioch High School personnel as it relates to Community Education 
• Ensure all classrooms are returned to their original state after each class session 
• Keep accurate records 
• Resolve any problems with services provided 
• Meet regularly with the principal and staff of each site 
• Monitor programs to ensure that proper services are provided 
• Perform administrative functions 
• Attend meetings and workshops as needed 
• Develop vast knowledge of community resources and agencies 
• Work with current NCE staff 
• Performs related duties as required

• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written 
• Ability to work with community members and partner agencies 
• Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail 
• Skill in working with the public 
• Willingness and desire to learn new skills and concepts 
• Fosters collaborative interpersonal relationships and has the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, community members, council members, teachers, and administrators. 
• Ability to accept accountability, learn from mistakes, and work with minimal supervision
