PUBLIC ART FOR OUR NEW SMITH SPRINGS REGIONAL RECREATIONAL COMMUNITY CENTER
We held our first community engagement event for the Smith Springs
Public Art project at the Smith Springs Recreation Area on Saturday,
June 3 from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Herb the selected artist chosen by an
art committee/panel of community leaders lead an art making activity and
spoke with community members enjoying our lake. They shared their
experiences living in Smith Springs. — with Herb Williams
